Yoga and Mamalates are two physical classes that you can take to compliment your coaching or as a completely separate service.
I offer these types of yoga:
Hatha- Holding poses for longer periods of time (3-5 breaths)
Vinyasa- A flow style class (1 breath to 1 movement)
Restorative- A truly relaxed style of yoga that allows for stretching and release.
Prenatal- A style built for those who are pregnant and need modifications.
Connected Warriors- This is a sensory sensitive class that is built for military or law enforcement veterans of all abilities. Whether you have physical or mental impairments, this class is suited to your unique needs.
Mamalates is a form of pilates, but built to teach proper core support and healing for birth or directly postpartum. This modality is safe for those who have had or will have a cesarean, or diastasis recti.
No matter what option you choose, the packages offer the same perks.
Classes are conducted in a private studio in Spring, TX for in-person support. If you would like virtual classes that is also an option!

Health coaching goes hand in hand with nutrition. In health coaching we get to the root cause of awareness via proven external methods. With nutrition coaching, we create pathways to achieve a healthier physical and mental body using food. In each month that you book nutrition coaching, you will receive: 1) Two 30-minute sessions for one month to discuss goals, progress and implement dietary and lifestyle changes using nutrient dense food options. 2) Follow up notes after each session with education and suggestions customized to help you reach your nutrition and wellness goals. 3)Personal coaching and accountability to help you make nutrition and lifestyle changes in order to reach your goals. 4)Education on how to shop for healthy options, decipher food labels, and cook and enjoy healthy foods. 5) Customized monthly-meal plan with shopping list. Yes, recipes included. 6)Tips on how to master your mindset and incorporate daily movement that fuels your body and soul.
During our coaching sessions, I may ask what medications, or other supplements you are taking. This helps me to know if there are external factors shifting your well-being. Because I can't mix herbalism and health coaching in one session together, booking this add on helps to ensure you are receiving a full health profile and protocol to achieve success. This package includes: 1) Constitution Assessment 2) Safe herbal swaps unique to your constitution, should you decide to opt for more natural suggestions. 3) One 1-hour monthly session with email support.
